20 years of Motor Boats Monthly gallery

Doesn’t seem, ummm…10 years since I wrote a horribly long 10-year celebration in the magazine itself. Fun to see a reminder of past days and good to see they’ve found a more succinct way of celebrating the 20th!

I joined the mag just in time to see the very first edition arrive in the office. Kirton’s Farm Country Club (now the Copthorne Hotel) in Pingewood was our base…took me 10 minutes to drive there from home. Those certainly were the days!
